M&A Readiness

For more than eight years, The CFO Alliance has combined a robust online platform with face-to-face discussions to create a premiere community of finance leaders and decision makers primarily from the Middle Market.

Now, we are creating a M & A Readiness platform. Aimed at enhancing connections and the potential for dealmaking, this program will position a select group as a resource of knowledge, resources, insight and capital for top performing and growing CFO Alliance member companies.

The M&A Readiness platform will consist of specific types of advisors and capital sources (debt, equity, mezzanine, etc.)

broken down by verticals (investment size, industry, structure, geography, investment objective).

Membership will be assigned to a vertical, meaning capital sources will not be competing within the board. This will enable The CFO Alliance team to pair any CFO Alliance member company with the appropriate capital source(s) to address their questions and needs.


How Will It Work?

  • The CFO Alliance will make and enhance connections between select capital sources and qualified CFO Alliance member companies through focused, one-on-one introductions and group introductions and MeetUps, in the spirit of helping both to "grow their own deals"

  • One-On-One Introductions: The Members of our M&A Readiness platform will be matched up with pre-qualified CFO Alliance member companies for an initial 30-minute exploratory meeting.

  • The CFO Alliance has access to peer developed content as well as thought leadership to help you evaluate where your company is in its lifecycle and the capital needs you may have.
