Lawrence P. Carr, Ph.D. is a Professor of Management Accounting at Babson College, Wellesley, MA. He teaches in the Graduate School of Business and the School of Executive Education. His courses include “Managing and Achieving Strategic Results” and “Managing and Measuring Performance.” He is a recipient of several teaching awards and has published over thirty articles and twenty five teaching cases. He is a co-author of Total Quality Management: A Cross-Functional Perspective, Guide to Cost Management and the about-to-be-released, Delivering Results: Managing what Matters.
