Gary was previously with several privately held manufacturing companies following a 22 year career with Air Products and Chemicals in business unit finance, business development and general management roles. Assignments spanned Europe, Canada and Asia.
Gary received his MBA degree from University of North Carolina and his undergraduate degree from Penn State University. He has served on community zoning boards and currently serves on boards of several privately owned companies, the Life Sciences Council board and on curriculum advisory boards for two technical schools.

Mark Fehnel is the Chief Financial Officer of Telerx Marketing Inc., a Horsham-based leading outsource service provider and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Merck & Co, Inc. that specializes in customer care to its extensive list of Fortune 500 clients.
Prior to this role, Mark was Managing Director of CFO Services at GFO Consulting, LLC, a provider of financial support services to small-to-midsized businesses. Before GFO, Mark held several senior financial leadership positions at Unisys Corporation, a Fortune 500 multinational information technology and services company headquartered in Blue Bell, PA. While at Unisys, Mark held a series of ever increasing levels of leadership within the financial organization. He supported various operating divisions of the company as the lead financial executive, led their merger and acquisition function, and directed areas such as pricing and business strategy.
Mark earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and his MBA in finance from San Diego State University.
In addition to serving on the Advisory Committee of The CFO Alliance, Mark is an officer of Telerx and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group. He is also an active leader in his local church, where he recently chaired a major capital expansion project.

Vice President, Finance
ICG Commerce
As Vice President of Finance of ICG Commerce, Peter Kaye is responsible for directing ICG’s financial strategy and accounting operations. Peter leads a team of analysts in the development and implementation of key financial activities and initiatives, including strategic forecasting and budgeting, risk management, accounting controls and Sarbanes-Oxley processes and compliance.
Prior to joining ICG Commerce, Peter served as a manager within Unisys’ Global Outsourcing division, as CFO of a venture-backed firm, and as a member of senior management teams for large and mid-sized companies, leading strategic turnaround initiatives that resulted in increased profitability, reduced costs, stronger supplier and client relationships, and increased regulatory compliance.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Taxation degree from Widener University. Peter currently serves on the PICPA Journal Editorial Board and has written several articles and columns and previously served two terms on the PICPA Executive Committee.

American Shipping Company

Greg Matecki has over 25 years of combined financial and executive management experience in both public and private entities, including both domestic and international operations.
Mr. Matecki is currently the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of American Shipping Company, formerly Aker American Shipping, which owns and leases the most modern tanker shipping fleet in the United States. He is responsible for the management of all phases of strategic planning, corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury functions, risk assessment and contract review.
Prior to joining American Shipping Company, Mr. Matecki served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Binswanger, an international full-service real estate firm, headquartered in Philadelphia. He was responsible for all Financial, Treasury, Tax, Human Resources, Corporate and Administrative functions.
Prior to joining Bingswanger, Mr. Matecki served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AAMCO Transmissions, Inc., the world’s largest automotive transmission repair franchise. At AAMCO, he was responsible for managing the finance, accounting, tax, IT, front office software and warehouse operations functions. As a key member of the Senior Management team, he helped lead the company through the implementation of new services to be franchisees and through the successful change in ownership of the business. Mr. Matecki has held senior financial management positions for GE Capital – Transport International Pool and ARCO Chemical Company. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche in Philadelphia, PA.
Mr. Matecki holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from LaSalle University, an MBA from Villanova University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.

Ellen Purdy is the Chief Financial Officer of Surveillance Data Inc., a healthcare data and analytics company in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Prior to this, Ellen was CFO of IPR International, LLC, a managed data protection company in Conshohocken, PA. Before IPR, she was Manager of Consulting Services for Kreischer Miller & Company and Executive VP of R2 Tape Inc. Ellen spent the first 11 years of her career at Rohm and Haas Company, starting in the Financial Division, then transitioning to Sales and Market Management.
Ellen graduated from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, with a B.S. in finance and international business before earning her M.B.A. in management strategy and marketing from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
She is on the Board of Directors of the Association for Corporate Growth – Philadelphia Chapter, the Board of Directors of Economics Pennsylvania – Philadelphia Region, and the Board of Advisors for TaraTape. Ellen is also a member of Whitemarsh Valley Country Club and an active volunteer for Conshohocken youth sports leagues.
